Why do you need my email address?
We need your email address for several legal reasons. Some of those reasons are the following. Midnight Gaming LLC requires contest/giveaway winners to complete a claim form and media waiver sent via DocuSign. Secondly, regardless if someone claims a monetary or physical prize, there are accounting and legal records our company needs to maintain. Lastly, the monetary prizes are sent via PayPal at present, which requires a valid email.
